This means that the grounding resistance value’s size, marking the good and bad performance of the equipment grounding.
2.Measurement of resistance
Grounding resistance is generally available ammeter-voltmeter, bridge method, grounding resistance measuring instrument, etc. to measure, are currently using dropping opposition measuring device to measure, this method is convenient and straightforward.
Generally speaking, the grounding wire buried in the ground depth should not be less than 2 m. Simultaneously, the grounding electrode should not be buried in the garbage layer and ash layer area, and the grounding electrode laid in the ground should not be painted to avoid excessive grounding resistance.
