5.800mm centering magnetic powder pay off machine.
1.all connections (movable parts) of the payoff frame are connected by bolts with nuts to avoid frequent falling off.
2.All the tops are processed into tapered tops, and one side of the top has a device for installing a toggle (also according to the requirements of customers).
3.The whole steel plate is welded underneath the payoff frame.
4.The control panel of the distribution cabinet of the payoff frame must be equipped with emergency stop button and start-stop button.
5.All the rollers of the payoff frame adopt steel branding rollers, and all the rollers must be flexible.
6.Straightening+semi-hard device
1.Number of guide rollers on each plane: 5 horizontal, 5 vertical

4.Installation of wire clamps at the front and rear ends of the leveling and straightening mechanism, and all the rollers are made of steel branding rollers, and all the rollers must be flexible.

(20) White LED lighting is adopted in the bale winding box.
(21) The whole connecting rod of the bale-winding head adopts square connecting rod, which is convenient for the front and back adjustment of the roller.
(22) Bale winding drift: less than 0.1MM, no drift.
8.bedding unit
