4.Description of process characteristics
4.1 It can be supplied by the paying off machine or directly connected to the ejector.
4.2.The coil output is about 5 times that of manual winding
4.3.It can be sent out automatically after winding.
4.4.The machine adopts servo motor alignment system,and the coil is neat and beautiful. 4.5.The touch screen human-machine interface operation panel can store 99 different wire coil specifications. When changing the specifications, you only need to read the stored data to produce
4.6.This machine has the function of automatic error detection. It has the contact of power frequency spark machine, which is used for spark detection of BV line. It can automatically detect the spark breakdown point or continue to form a circle after manual marking.(the power frequency spark machine shall be provided by the customer)
4.7.Leave a caliper contact: if the diameter does not meet the standard, the waste line can be automatically eliminated or the function of forming a circle can be continued after manual marking. (diameter measuring instruments are provided by each household)
