This machine is used to extrude cable sheath with round or flat cross-section of various thermoplastic materials.

Process:

1.Single layer extrusion:extruded monolayer sheath.

2.Double layer co-extrusion:Co-extrusion of filler layer and sheath layer.

3.Series extrusion:part of the extruding filling layer and the other part extruding the sheath layer.
